McCoy Clear Blue Fluorescent
By distinguished acceptance and popular demand for McCoy's "Mean Green" Xtreme, and "Xtra Clear" line, McCoy is proud to meet and satisfy customer request for a fluorescent line. The same formula used in creating both McCoy's Xtreme and Xtra Clear was applied in creating McCoy "“Clear Blue Fluorescent”" co-polymer line. This line provides excellent visibility above water for easy detection with the most subtle bites, while remaining virtually invisible under water. It is the perfect line for night fishing especially when combined with a black light for a luminescent glow that provides easy detection.

McCoy Mean Green Super Spectra Braided
There will always be those who want more and demand more, and we were proud to meet their demands. McCoy Fishing line was proud to introduce into the fishing industry a Super “Spectra Braid”ed Line. McCoy has taken the most advanced hybrid spectra material known in the industry and reinforced each spectra fiber with the same polymer process (RPS) Reinforced Polymer Saturation used in their nylon co-polymer lines.

This reinforced polymer saturation process protects the line from water absorption, UV exposure and resistance to breakdown or deterioration. The RPS process makes the line stronger and five times more abrasion resistance compared to similar diameter spectra lines.

A cross section of "Mean Green Spectra" clearly reveals the line is completely round eliminating reel clinching. The small, rounded diameter results in better casting distance with less line resistance in water. No memory eliminates "rod tip wrapping" and "air cast knotting."
